In [?] to the fact how forcibly the [?]

of the slumbering dust of some of our friends

being present the scenes of the past

I would remark, how similar are the feelings

produced by entering a dwelling and go into

a room whose former occupants now dead

and that dear old spot vacated connected and

endeared to us by constant association of

its former [inmates?] In looking around on

the various objects, how every one reminds us of

some remembered word or act therein committed

Until carried off in remembrance, chamber

we still hear that much lonesome and tones of

thrilling conversation which once so delighted

conversing with the dead and receiving
