Left 230 arriving at 11 P. M. met by Y men
& autos arriving at Versailles at 1 a.m.
cold & hungry. hot dinner waiting. good
staying at Hotel Reservoir (home of Mde
DuBurry) wonderful palace. beautiful
old furniture. picture, statuary etc. no heat.

40 minute ride on train. long walk at
each end. Versailles. beautiful. too far
from Paris.
