Harry, Mary & I attended the
Chataugua tonight and
heard [Cimerea's ?] band. Mary
loves music. She clapped
her little hands and called
"more" each time.
Wednesday, July 3, 1918
I made a basket of sandwiches,
took Mary & went down to the
Canteen this everning. There
was an unexpected troop train
and we were swamped making
more sandwiches and serving
coffee, pop, cigarettes, etc. About
175 men in all.
Read a very good book, "Oh Money, Money."
