Wednesday, Oct. 2, 1918
Had to go up town this morning to
sign Harry's questionaire before
a notary public. Harry & I attended
the first meeting of the Alpha
Club this afternoon at Mrs. [Wirts?]
Mother & I made a call or two
afterward. Have been sitting out
on the porch all evening. It was
so delightfully warm.
Thursday, Octo. 3, 1918
Another wonderful day. Harry left
to be gone three days. Had quite
a bit of mending to do this
morning. Have knitted quite
a little today. We called on
Carlie Suter & husband this eve.
They are visitingg Katie. Geo.
took us for a ride. Wrote
cards to Carlotta & Alberta.
