Packed up at 7 A.M. Had breakfast at 6:30 A.M.
Started to Braisme / Praisme? at 10:30 A.M.
Arrived at station at 11.45 A.M.
Entrained. Train started at 1:15 P.M.
Passed through several small & large towns.
One large place was a Chateau Thiery.
Arrived at destination at 2:45 a.m. March 19, 1918.
Did not sleep at all. We're in a car with almost 20 others.
Were some words fences? Had little to eat + drink.

Detrained at 5:45 A,M. Had breakfast (coffee, bread & jam at
6:30 a.m. Started for ?? at 7:30 AM. Arrived about 8 AM
or about 1/2 mi away. First billeted in an attic of a house
occupied by a refugee from Rhiems.
An oldman and woman, a few hours later was transferred to
a place which had been used for Public Baths. Slept on
ground floor between two both ?? with two chums. Very cold
and damp.
