To Pappy: Someone once said "Music is love in search of a word." I do believe they must have heard one of your concerts. One of the things that struck me the most was the way you really threw your heart and soul into the music. And what can be better than that which comes from the heart? I am so thankful that I was able to share in this, your last year at W&M. Since my mother had also worked under you, it was especially nice. I'm sure that wherever you go you'll be spreading joy and a love for music. But please keep a corner of your heart to remember William & Mary always.
