I blissfully stayed around the
house today for a change – finally
finished unpacking and cleaning my
drawers and my desk downstairs.
This evening I went into the City
to meet Glory – got drenched in a
passing shower – but dried off at
her office. We had lush daiquiris
and dinner at Stouffer’s and
talked till almost seven when I
left to go to the hospital.
Card from Cory said she’s to
Marry Paul Friday in Lexington.
She seems happy – hope it lasts.
I’m gypped out of being a brides-
maid.
