The third day and I still
effervesce over this career
situation. I’m so lucky to have
gotten such a satisfactory job!
The usual hospital routine
was followed by another injection
at Dr. Duncan’s. I’ve lost 5
pounds too, which always helps.
Two letters from Bill: - an
overdue one of August 10th and a
quickie of August 29th, with a
purty handkerchief from Paris.
He still wasn’t definite about
coming home – or staying in
Europe, but I’m being optimistic
anyway.
