NOVEMBER 30
Pay Day, but even aside from that,
the work day was pleasant. I devoted all
my energies to making a final table for
the Fleer’s job; and everyone seemed pleased
with it.
I met Gloria this evening for a
pleasant spree. We went to the Astor to
see “Spell bound” – it was really beauti-
fully done and I love it. Ingrid
Bergmann and Gregory Peck did
wonderful jobs in their roles. –
We splurged afterwards with dinner
at the Brass Rail and engaged in
deep talk about a number of sub-
jects.
